The comfort of this apartment is so satisfying it almost makes it hard to get out and explore Rome's history. There's plenty of room, and the decor and amenities are up to date. Restaurants, pastry shops, and markets are about 10 minutes away. We absolutely love this place, and the hosts are awesome. We've stayed in average places over the years, but this is way above average!

Markets, nice restaurants, and plenty of sightseeing are all within walking distance. And The Pope lives almost next door! The keys were easy to get, and the place was clean, stocked with essentials, and comfortable to call home. It was a really good find for us. I think there was an elevated rail line beyond a parking lot outside the window. I heard the train once, I believe, but it wasn't an issue for us. We live several blocks from a rail line, so maybe we're used to the sound. We were out sightseeing a lot, too. The building sits among several similar apartment buildings, with quiet tenants all around.
