The apartment had everything we needed, with historic Roman character and modern comforts. Our late check-in went smoothly thanks to the thoughtful hosts and their clear instructions. The shared terrace above the rooftops was a lovely place to relax in the evenings, and the tiny vintage lift, which fits just one person, was unlike anything we'd seen and added to the charm. The location was great too, a short walk from the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and plenty of other sights. We had a wonderful stay at Sant’Ivo and would happily come back.

The apartments are in a lovely residential area, close to lots of good neighborhood restaurants and shops. We wanted to get a feel for Italian life, and having a small space was fine since we spent most of our time outside, like the locals. The hosts were welcoming and helpful.

The manager was so helpful, and we really loved staying here last week. The room was clean and spacious, with its own balcony, and guests also get a key to the rooftop. It's right between piazza nevona and pantheon, which I think is a great base for walking to most tourist spots. The building is an old apartment, so the elevator is tiny and two people barely fit. I thought it was fun, though, and it never caused us a problem. There were a few things missing from the room, like a toothbrush and slippers, but you can get most essentials at a nearby market. One of the best places I've ever stayed, definitely worth booking.

Make sure to spend some time on the top-floor terrace, with its olive and lemon trees bearing fruit. The apartments are lovely, and it's a beautiful, welcoming place with plenty of amenities nearby.

Lovely owners, and the apartment was clean, comfortable and felt safe. It's in central Rome, just a short distance from Piazza Navona. Recommended.
