For a small two-star hotel, this place does a pretty good job. The rooms were up to standard and had the basics we needed, and the staff were friendly and spoke English well. We did have to share a bathroom, and a few sockets were broken. Still, it’s a perfectly decent place if you just need somewhere to stay and aren’t after luxury.

The rooms are tiny, though well kept. In summer the air conditioning could use more power, and the Wi-Fi was really weak. Otherwise, it’s a nice place by European standards. If you’re American, you might want to choose somewhere else.

A nice place to stay, with friendly, home-like attention and very good connections around the city.

Rome was beautiful, and those five days in January 2013 are ones Monica and I won't forget. Hotel Saturnia was excellent, with a great location and, above all, very kind and friendly staff. Don't forget to stay there, you won't regret it.

Good value and a handy location in Rome. The hotel was clean, though a little run-down.
