Scala Lovely Terrace Apartment

We had been looking forward to this trip for nearly a year, but our vacation was ruined before it even started. We booked and paid last June for a seven-night stay. The owner told Booking.com three days before we left that she had to cancel because of a technical issue in the apartment. We found out it had actually been overbooked three times. Two days earlier, she had texted to ask our arrival time and told us to message when we were nearly there. Then, less than 48 hours later, she canceled the whole booking. This absolutely stinks. With only two days to go, we had to look for somewhere else, and there was hardly anything decent available, or it was exorbitantly expensive. I hope this woman gets what she deserves.
