Secret Rhome Loft

The owner said the unit was available when I asked about a vacancy, then told me to wait. I heard nothing for five hours, and they didn't answer my follow-up. Meanwhile, someone booked the accommodation through a platform, so I lost the booking. A very disappointing experience with the communication.

The location was extremely convenient and the facilities were nice. They did their best to get us an extra baby crib. We'd stay again!

We were three, and after a couple of nights I was wishing we'd booked a good hotel. The tiniest rooms do have aircon, a mini fridge, bed, TV, toilet, bidet, and shower. Ours started rattling in the middle of the night and stopped by morning. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, the shower pressure wasn't like home, and we could hear every voice from the corridor. A few more hooks for hanging things would help. I didn't see any staff apart from the man outside in the booth. For just a couple of nights, it would've been okay.

The central location is the only reason I'd give this two stars. The room faced a busy street and was noisy the whole time, and it smelled strongly of sewage. The cleaning lady left the window open to air it out, but then mosquitoes got in, and the room was full of them when we came back to sleep. Supplies were sparse, just some soap and a tiny shampoo packet that barely covers one shower. There aren't many services, and it's nowhere near a luxury place. Pretty much everything, including check-in, is self service.
