For an expensive apartment in a central location, this was one of the most stressful stays we've had, and a real disappointment. Communication was poor throughout: questions often went unanswered or got late replies, and our airport transfer was still unconfirmed until just before it was cancelled. On arrival, the modem and TV weren't working properly and should have been checked in advance. We lost valuable holiday time trying to get basic problems fixed, without much urgency from management. The property manager was hard to reach, dismissive about our concerns, and generally unavailable when we needed help, so we eventually contacted Booking.com. There were also maintenance and management problems with the equipment, and the online listing didn't always match the apartment handbook. The on-site staff were consistently helpful when we needed supplies. For the price, the service and management were far below what we expected. We definitely wouldn't return.

The staff helped me get into the place even though my WhatsApp wasn't working, so I couldn't get the code. The rooms were very clean and cozy, and the area is excellent, with tourist spots, bars, and restaurants nearby. I stayed two nights and thought the price was very good for the quality. I'd recommend it and say it's worth the cost. The only small issue I noticed was the WiFi, which wasn't stable or fast enough in my room.

We could walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi, and dinner was easy to reach each night. The place was clean and close to everything. We were on the third floor, so watch your head around the ceiling.

I stayed here back in 2020 and came back for the terrace apartment. The interiors are lovely, and it's surprisingly roomy for somewhere right in the city centre. Getting luggage up to the top floor is the one drawback.

The Booking.com price is misleading. For four days, the taxes and service charge came to about €200, though that amount is usually around €50. That's why I'm leaving a bad review.
