The noise was unbearable. There was no sound insulation, work was going on even on Saturday morning, and the washing machines could be heard at 7 o'clock. On top of that, after we arrived following a long day, they cancelled our key because of a reservation mistake and wanted to charge us more than 100euros above the usual price. Then they said they'd made another mistake and apologized as if that fixed the discomfort. Completely unprofessional. I 100% would not recommend this place. Look for any other hotel.

The hotel was very clean, and the location was decent, around a 20-minute walk from the metro, or a bus ride plus a 10-minute walk. But the noise came straight through the corridor walls. You could hear absolutely everything, and footsteps outside felt like they were in the room. With sound insulation this poor, I can't recommend staying here. Fix that, and it would be easy to recommend.

I couldn't properly relax or sleep well here, so I wasn't satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, but it got extremely warm, over 26°C. Even when I turned everything down, the heat sources seemed to switch back on when I returned. The sound insulation was poor as well, and conversations from the hall and neighboring rooms came through clearly.

The room was spacious and nice, and the desk staff were friendly. The hotel was very good and the location was good too. At the restaurant I needed to book a table ab front, but it wasn't that busy.

There are six three-story blocks, all with spacious balconies, and a small park out front. The grounds were clean and pleasant. I liked the pathway linking the blocks, and the trees and rosemary gardens were attractively planted. The bed-and-breakfast setup was nice. I'd recommend staying here.
