The rooms were dusty, so this place isn’t suitable for people with allergies. The shared bathroom smelled strongly of pee, and we didn’t get fresh, clean towels after using them. The price was incredibly high for the service. Avoid it at all costs.

We were three girls, and from the first day we were very disappointed. The room wasn’t worth €180 even for one night. It felt like a waste of money, and at least better staff could have made the experience better. The person at the desk was extremely unprofessional and mean. He didn’t say hello or explain anything when we asked questions, and he rolled his eyes several times. After we paid the rest, he casually told us our room was in another building. We followed him down two streets to an apartment building, carried our suitcase up to the third floor without help, and he handed us the key and left. The place was dirty, and we found bedbugs on the second day. The windows didn’t block sound at all, and we could hear everything outside. Other rooms were extremely moldy too, and there were no rules. People in other rooms woke us at 2 or 4 a.m. This was very disappointing.

We booked a full apartment but were given just one room. The toilet, kitchen and hallway had to be shared with guests in other rooms. The photos shown on booking didn’t match, and the rooms we’d reserved were given to others. There were no towels in the bathroom, and the service guy didn’t give us a receipt. Prices were very high too. I don’t recommend booking this place.

We were on an Erasmus project with two teachers and seven students, and we were satisfied. Roma termini is a great convenience, only five minutes away. I hired a minibus taxi from Termini to Fumicino for 50 euros. There’s also a train, but it costs 15 euros per person, so keep that in mind. The price to performance was great, though you shouldn’t expect much. Four rooms share the same flat, with two shared bathrooms and toilets. One bathroom has a bidet, the other just a closet. There’s a kettle and microwave for shared use. The rooms and beds were clean enough. They gave us a map and some suggestions, and after check-in we didn’t see anyone.
