Giordano is a really good person and will help with anything you need. The place is wonderful and perfectly located. Whenever I go to Rome, I’ll stay here.

We were about a 10 min walk from the station and another 10 min from the coliseo. The room was clean and well placed. Each morning the staff left us some snacks, a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. The host gave us a warm welcome and took the time to explain the city and its main sights. That excellent service made our Rome trip one to remember. I completely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back. 10/10!

We stayed three adults for 5 nights, and felt well looked after throughout. Giordano came quickly when we first called, explained everything and was helpful during our stay. The room was modest but very clean, cleaned daily, with a pleasant, clean bathroom and shower. Having a small kitchenette, water dispenser and coffee machine was great, though there could have been more cutlery. Breakfast is modest: the first one is included and you pay extra for the next ones. It wasn’t a problem, since there’s a kitchen and grocery stores nearby. Our windows faced the courtyard, so it was quiet. The other room’s windows face Via Merulana, which could be noisy, but you’re right in the middle of the Eternal City, on a street full of pubs, shops and even a theater. The lively city atmosphere was special to me. The hotel is on the third floor of a tenement house. If you’re fat or can’t manage stairs, think twice: the elevator is very narrow because of the building’s age and Rome’s architecture. Riding it was an adventure for me every time. The location is excellent, close to Termini station for easy transfers to both airports, the metro, Colloseo and other monuments. You can visit practically everything on foot. A great price-quality ratio, good service and conditions, and above all a fantastic location. We’ll definitely return.
