Spagna Rooms

Francesca was an amazing host, and the location worked really well, just a few minutes’ walk from Trevi Fountains and the Spanish Steps. Our room was a studio. The shared patio and entrance hall lead to two separate rooms, each with its own private bathroom. The room had a double bed with high-quality linens, a kettle, mini fridge, air conditioning, bath amenities, hair dryer and towels. There was a coffee machine in the room, plus tea, and snacks, fruit and drinks were provided for breakfast. Housekeeping was excellent, and the rooms seemed new and very well maintained. We had a great experience!

Francesca is a lovely hostess who takes care of all the little details. It’s a really good place in the heart of Rome, and well worth the price 🙏

Spagna Rooms is so well placed for exploring Rome, and Francesca made us feel at home. The room was clean and was tidied every day while we were out. She welcomed us with drinks and plenty of snacks, and had even thought about airport pickup. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, and the mini fridge was stocked with complimentary items. Definitely recommend!

This boutique hotel is a wonderful find, right near Trevi Fountain. The rooms have loads of amenities and an attention to detail that stands out even beside high-end luxury places. Owner Francesca was incredibly accommodating and responsive, answered all our tourist questions, and gave us excellent dining recommendations.
