For a two-day stay, the location worked really well. It’s walkable from Roma Termini and the Vittorio Emanuelle metro station. The room was comfortable, and although the bathroom wasn’t attached, it was right outside. We got useful tips on places to see, plus a detailed map. The breakfast vouchers were the one snag: the cafe was closed on one of the two days, so we only got breakfast once.

The breakfast voucher is for the restaurant across the street, where you can get a pastry and a hot drink. It’s a small B&B, run by a really friendly couple who seemed happy to help with anything.

We found it a handy base, in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was friendly, too.

Breakfast comes from a lunchroom around the corner, using vouchers from the B&B, and it’s an Italian-style breakfast. There are three rooms and two bathrooms, one rented privately and the other shared. The reception was good, and the place was clean. The bed was lovely, though harder than I’m used to at home because I sleep on a waterbed.

We got in during the early hours, and they were there waiting for us, no fuss. The room was spacious and well connected to the city center. Great value for the money.
