The staff made the stay especially pleasant: everyone was welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Though the entrance is at ground level, its windows face the first floor because the property sits on the road climbing Gianicolo hill. St. Peter's is only a short walk away, and nearby you'll find bars, supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, and a taxi stand. A lovely, elegant place with everything close by.

It felt very safe here, and many of Rome's main attractions are within walking distance. Being just steps from the Vatican also makes it a great base for a Vatican visit.

Marco and the location were wonderful. The room was clean, though pretty small. We loved being right in the middle of everything at such a magical time, while everyone was waiting to hear who the new Pope would be.

The owner was consistently kind and friendly, and the price felt more than fair. The rooms were neat and clean, and St. Peter's Square is just a short walk away, making it easy to reach the city's attractions. Only drawback was the bathroom: the shower felt a bit cramped, and there was no bidet. Still, it was a really pleasant stay.
