The location is absolutely stunning, but the apartment itself was a filthy, smelly mess. The sheets seemed unwashed, and my mom developed a really bad skin condition after sleeping on an uncomfortable bunk bed. We all got bitten badly on our ankles and elbows, and there were mites and bed bugs. The kitchen was greasy and dirty, the freezer was packed with ice, and there was no room for food. The floors were filthy, with a smelly old rug, and the bathroom had mold. Even the blankets smelled dirty, and we found ants in our food. This was my worst experience on Booking so far. I feel sorry for anyone staying or sleeping here. PS: Don't believe the response this psycho woman writes :D

The welcome was basically just getting the keys from the lady, and we never saw her again. There was no service at all, and we couldn't even find a coffee machine. The apartment needs demolition, in my opinion. Water dripped from the bathroom ceiling, the bedroom was damp, and the shower drain was blocked. The toilet had no lid, and housekeeping was nonexistent. The location is the only thing it has going for it. One to forget.

The hostess was so kind and willing to help with whatever we needed. The house felt warm and welcoming, too, and the location was fantastic. I'd happily recommend it!

It could really use a renovation.
