Getting to the Colosseum took around 30-40 minutes by public transport, and there were plenty of nearby places to eat, open late, plus a handy supermarket close by. The breakfast was generous, and the room was spotless and tidy. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided every day, and the TV was huge and up to date. The private jacuzzi and sauna beside the room felt like a real luxury. Service was great, with very quick replies on WhatsApp. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend the place.

The room was beautiful inside, so don't let the outside of the building or entrance put you off. It was very clean and had everything we needed, including a lovely little private balcony. The in-room jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after my husband ran the marathon. The hosts were brilliant and helpful, and the concierge downstairs was too. It's easy to get around from here, a 10 minute walk from the Train Station/Metro, with straightforward links to nearby attractions.

They gave my room to someone else, then cancelled the reservation one week before I was due to arrive. I'd booked more than a month ahead. That's completely unacceptable and shows no professionalism or respect for customers. A confirmed booking clearly can't be trusted here. This kind of thing can throw travel plans into disarray and cause needless stress. I'd strongly suggest thinking twice before booking.

At Suites Roma Tiburtina, the service stood out, with friendly, attentive staff who were always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Getting around was easy, and there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it for short or long stays.

Such a romantic spot for couples, and I loved my stay! The sauna was amazing, and the heated bathtub was lovely. We could walk to St Lorenzo in 40 minutes. Breakfast was good, too. I'd recommend it.
