Mrs. Ivanka made our stay especially easy. She brought us fresh espresso each morning and was always ready to help with a cab booking or suggest a local restaurant. Breakfast was generous, with sweet and savory choices, fruit and fruit yogurt, plus a bowl of fruit available all day. The location is right outside the Vatican. Our room was spotless, cozy and elegant, with a nice mix of classic style and modern touches. The bathroom was roomy and very clean, with lovely details and a handy magnifying mirror for makeup. We stayed in May and everything was perfect. I'd honestly recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxed, worry-free stay in Rome. Regards, Milena and Filip

We were just outside the crowds, but the Vatican was right there and we could walk everywhere. Ivanka gave us a lovely welcome, shared sightseeing tips and had thought of everything. Breakfast was great, too. On our last morning she called an early taxi, then checked that it had arrived at 6am. This was the perfect place for us. Stay here!

We spent three nights here, right next to the Vatican. The room was clean, and the service was great. Our host was friendly and helpful, so I'd highly recommend the place.

Ms. Ivanka is such a great, friendly person. The room was cozy and the bed comfortable, and there are good places to eat and have wine nearby. It's also a great base for trips to San Pietro.
