I’ve only stayed in the Blue Family Room, which sleeps up to four. It has a sweet little balcony and a shared kitchen. The WiFi was fast and steady, and the staff were friendly and helpful. TakeitEasy is an affordable, clean find in the lively Garbetlla neighborhood.

Walter was a pleasure to deal with. The automated check-in was convenient, and he gave us useful tips. Even though checkout was meant to be at 10:30 a.m., he messaged to say we could stay until the evening if we wanted. That was so generous. The room and bathroom were sparkling clean, with real care given to hygiene and detail. Take It Easy Guest House is in Garbatella, a peaceful area with lots of parking. Garbatella Metro B is about a 10-minute walk, and the Colosseum is only three stops away. We had a comfortable, relaxed stay in a welcoming, family-friendly place. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

We spent three days here and were very happy with the stay. The staff were ready to help whenever we had a question, and the room was clean, well cared for, and had what we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of space. Getting around was easy, with several transport options nearby and Rome’s main sights close by. We’d stay here again if we return.

Walter and the staff were warm and really helpful. The rooms are lovely and spacious, in my favorite neighborhood, with good transport connections. It’s a nice way to show someone special a bit of Rome, starting with a stroll around the Lotti neighborhood, just steps away. Highly recommend!
