Getting around was easy, with Termini stations and buses nearby, and there were a couple of good breakfast spots close by. Late at night, though, be aware that some sketchy or homeless people hang around the station. Our room and bathroom were spacious enough for all our things, and we had no complaints. The reception isn't open around the clock, but our late arrival after a delayed flight was fine thanks to the host's clear, detailed check-in instructions. The owners were also very responsive whenever we had questions. We enjoyed our stay and would book it again if we came back to Rome. A really good option for travellers on a budget.

The written reply from one staff member really affected how we felt about the hotel and its service. We had contacted them about an issue during our stay, and the response mocked my English and sarcastically said, “Thank you ChatGPT.” That felt disrespectful, as if needing help with language were something to laugh at. Guests in an international tourist hotel come from all over, and not everyone speaks perfect English or Italian. We expect staff to respond respectfully and try to resolve problems, not humiliate guests. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how staff communicate with future guests. And yes, since my English may not be perfect, I got a little help from ChatGPT again while writing this feedback.

There are some nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and the station next door makes the hotel easy to find. The room and services were quite nice, everything was clean, and the bathroom was bigger than I expected. The area felt less comfortable when we arrived late at night. There were a lot of homeless people in front of the station, and it looked like some people were doing or selling drugs on the way to the hotel, which could make you feel a bit unsafe.

The shared kitchen had free coffee pods, and communication was great. It was only a few minutes on foot from Termini. Our room was large, with a modern bathroom, and everything was very clean. Great experience, recommended!
