The guesthouse is nicely decorated and good value for its location, and we didn't have serious noise. The common terrace was lovely in the sunshine with live music. I couldn't switch the shower from the fixed setting to the flexible one, though. The inner gear-like parts seemed worn. I told the staff, but didn't expect a repair before we checked out. I hope it's fixed for the next guest.

The design inside is so lovely, and the staff were helpful and communicated everything clearly. It's close to public transport and restaurants, with most attractions walkable. I visit Rome often, so this has become my new favorite place to stay. I'll definitely be back. Love it, thank you!

There isn't a traditional hotel reception, but they handled everything smoothly over WhatsApp. They arranged an airport taxi, had someone meet us, and kindly let us check in early after our morning flight. We could also leave our bags safely until the evening and keep exploring before our outbound flight. The staff were extremely kind, and there's a large outdoor terrace too. The building is old, but the renovated rooms are very clean, with a comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, espresso machine, tea, water, and hair dryer. It's right in central Rome, and I'll stay here again when I return.

Checking in after 8 pm costs an extra 30-50 euros, but travel agencies don't make this clear. They also don't offer free self check-in, which I think would be better for both guests and staff.

The service was poor, if there was any at all. We had three power outages in two nights, and construction work woke us every morning. Terrible stay.
