Ana had been in touch before we arrived in Rome with useful information, which made things really easy. We had a great time, everything went smoothly, and the service was great. I didn't catch the receptionist's name, but she was lovely and amazing. We'll be back for sure!

I've visited Rome 20 times, and a good location and kind staff matter most to me. Anna was wonderful, so helpful and kind. Our room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. We were really pleased with our stay.

Liza was incredibly kind and helped us with all sorts of things, even beyond our stay. After checkout, she let us leave our bags at reception for a few hours so we could keep exploring. The rooms were spacious, close to everything, and there were places to eat nearby. We'd stay here again!

The location was excellent, the A/C was easy to control, and the room was generally clean. They sent two useful Google Maps guides with nearby sights and some great, non-touristy bars and restaurants. The receptionist was nice and reachable on WhatsApp. A few things could be better. There's no 24-hour receptionist, and although they asked when we'd arrive, nobody was there at the time we gave them. It took about ten minutes of calls and texts before someone replied and came to check us in. The shower leaked and sprayed water across the floor, soaking anything or anyone in the bathroom. The hotel was also hard to spot, with just a small 10 inch plaque visible from one direction, so we walked past it and only found it after doubling back. There was no breakfast as advertised, though with so much good food nearby, I wasn't too bothered. Still, a good stay.
