The host is extremely kind, and the room itself is cute and clean. Still, it doesn’t really work as a bed and breakfast when there’s no breakfast. Guests are sent to a bar, and even the staff there didn’t know what we meant. The place also needs a properly working kitchen, plus a microwave and a refrigerator. There’s a lot of potential here, but it’s not quite a five-star stay yet. Guests need the amenities they’re looking for.

Even though it’s in the Tuscolana area, close to Numidio Quadrato metro station and all sorts of shops, the apartment is wonderfully quiet. It’s easy to reach and handy for getting around. The rooms are spotless and well looked after, with simple furnishings and a fresh, peaceful feel from the blue and white colors. Each one has a small but comfortable bathroom. The owners are courteous, discreet, professional, and very helpful. They make sure guests have the comforts they need, including a hairdryer, water, tea, and a kettle. I’d happily recommend staying here.

It’s a new, well-kept place in a great location near Lucio Sestio metro station. The manager is very kind and ready to help with requests or questions. I’d gladly stay here again when I’m in Rome, and definitely recommend it.

Alina and Gerardo are lovely, thoughtful people who pay attention to what each guest needs. Their B&B feels like home. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the big working TV and professional hairdryer. We’ll be back!
