Hotel The Glam

They made my check-in smooth because the team already knew about the check-out request I'd mentioned when booking. They accommodated it and clearly passed the details along, so I didn't have to explain it again. During my short stay, staff were consistently attentive, professional, warm, and friendly. Glam Hotel shows how good service can make a hotel feel personal instead of purely transactional. It's a four-star hotel, but the service matched or beat what many five-star luxury hotels offer.

Breakfast came with the stay and had lots of choice, with a good mix of hot food and pastries. There were even a few things to take along if you couldn't sit down. The rooms were comfortable, and the walk to Roma Termini and the main tourist spots was reasonable. They also have a cute rooftop bar that was insulated in winter.

The room made a great impression, with a huge comfortable bed, easy temperature controls, a warm shower, and daily housekeeping. I also loved the rooftop, especially for breakfast outside or a drink. Breakfast itself was delicious and the area was always tidy. The neighborhood felt lively, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and museums close by; everything I wanted was a 5-15 minute walk. The staff were friendly, helpful, and cheerful. One of the best hotels I've stayed in for a long time.

Breakfast had an incredible range of high quality choices, and the rooftop terrace was a lovely touch, though we only went up once. We booked through Jet2 and were very happy with the stay. The city centre and attractions were easy to reach, and the air conditioning kept the room comfortably cool during unusually hot weather. Reception, housekeeping, and the bar and restaurant teams all gave first class service. It's a quality hotel with service to match, and when we're back in Rome, we'll book the Rome Glam Hotel again.
