There are shops, restaurants, bars, and all sorts of places right outside, and the hotel is well placed for getting around. It’s about five minutes on foot to Vatican City and Castel Sant' Angelo, and roughly 15 minutes to the Spanish Steps. From Roma Termini, take Metro A to Ottaviano and walk about five blocks. The rooms are part of an apartment building in the middle of the city, but it’s very quiet once you’re inside, with a beautiful courtyard. We were on the second floor through entrance B. There’s an old-fashioned elevator, or you can use the stairs. The room matched the photos, though it was a little small, and they cleaned it every day. It was super clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There’s a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and hair dryer, plus two free bottles of water each day. Riccardo was very helpful. Great experience and good value.

Breakfast was lovely, and although we had to walk five minutes to get there, it was worth it. The place was very clean and the staff there were helpful. Our accommodation was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the location was ideal, about a seven-minute walk from the Vatican. We really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone. I’d stay here again if I return to Rome.

We spent four nights here and were very happy with our stay. The hotel is on an upmarket street with shops, rather than tucked away on one of Rome’s back roads or side streets. A perfect spot for a nice break in Rome.

The owner and staff were super nice, and we’ll definitely come back. The rooms are lovely and very clean, with room service and fresh towels each day. There’s a water boiler and coffee maker in every room. The Vatican is only a few minutes away, and there’s a great Cafè around the corner. Highly recommended.

It’s easy to walk from here to lots of great sights. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean with nice amenities.
