Fiama and Alessandro were so welcoming and quick to help whenever we needed anything. Our room was spotless and had a lovely Roman feel. We were also close to charming cafés and restaurants, and could easily walk to the Vatican. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

The people working at The Place 217 made us feel at home right from check-in. Everyone was kind, professional, and ready with local tips or a hand whenever we needed it. That service is what made the place feel special. Our room was modern, spotless, and had the feel of a luxury boutique stay. The hotel is on lively Via Cola di Rienzo, great for shopping, and only a short walk from the Vatican. We’ll definitely return and recommend it 100%.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast turned out better than I expected. The location was fine and the room wasn’t noisy. Rooms are small but decent for the price, and I’d stay again. The elevator still leaves you with a few stairs, so it isn’t wheelchair accessible.
