I couldn’t stay at this property with my family because I never got proper check-in instructions. We couldn’t find the apartment, the area felt unsafe, and the property manager was impossible to reach. The number listed on the profile didn’t work, and no one answered messages. This does not feel like a real hotel, and the manager seems not to exist. Expedia was no help either. They said they were advocating for me, but I doubt they ever got hold of the property. My booking was not refunded, so I was left stranded and had to find another hotel at the last minute. The manager refused to return my money. I’m writing this so other travelers don’t end up misled and disappointed like I was. Read the reviews carefully, because I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. I wouldn’t rely on this listing or on Expedia’s handling of the situation.

A sublime stay at one of the most comfortable, clean, and affordable B&Bs in central Rome. It’s just steps from the Colosseum and the Baths of Caracalla, and made our visit perfect.

There’s no reception, but getting in was easy: the manager sends a link with directions and photos to follow. Valentina is kind, courteous, and available whenever needed. The guesthouse itself is beautiful and modern, and the mattresses are very comfortable. Guests can use the coffee machine and pods whenever they like, which is a nice extra. The price feels fair for what you get. I picked this place on a friend’s recommendation after they had stayed here.

The care put into this project really comes through, and the attention to guests is clear. The B&B is new, welcoming, and meticulously looked after. My room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed to feel at home. I was truly delighted with my stay and will definitely return. I can recommend it without hesitation.
