The Filipino and the location are the only good things. The rest should be avoided. The place is dirty, and the photos look like they were taken when the house was new. Now the walls are dirty, the small bathroom is unusable, and the large bathroom has a dirty, old tub with faucets that play tricks on you 😂. The air conditioner couldn’t be used because the remote had no batteries.
