The location was a highlight, just across the river from Trastevere and its great restaurants. Our bed was so comfortable and the room was clean. I was initially surprised there was no front desk or concierge, but support was easy to reach on WhatsApp, and they stored our bags when we arrived before check-in. We loved staying at the Rubens Collection and would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

It was quiet at night, even though the place is well situated, and getting to Trastevere was a short, easy walk. Other sights were walkable too. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, nice furnishings, and everything we needed. We especially liked having a free safe. Communication with the host and about the location went smoothly, and we'd recommend the place.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are nice, with a spacious bathroom. A few things could be better: the pillows weren't comfortable, and the air conditioning in room 1 didn't cool properly. When I got in around 11 PM, the shower gel bottle was empty, so I had to go buy some. In the morning, the maid said in a somewhat rude tone that it wasn't her fault. I wasn't trying to blame anyone, but someone should have noticed it was empty. Checkout at 10 AM also felt early, since other places allow until noon.

They were kind enough to keep our luggage while we waited for the room. The stay was very nice for a reasonable price. The bathrooms could use a more thorough clean, but it wasn't anything awful.

I got there earlier than planned, and the team still managed to have my room ready for early check-in. It was a great spot and everything felt clean and comfortable. The rooms were spotless and very well kept. Absolutely amazing stay, highly recommend!
