The morning receptionist with the curly hair was so friendly, with a smile that stuck with you for days. The location is perfect, about a 20-minute walk to all the major sights. Check-in and check-out were convenient, and there's express checkout when nobody is there. The elevator goes up to the fifth floor where the hotel is. The free breakfast was top quality, with a really attentive server. The rooftop was closed for winter, but you could still enjoy the views without service. The showers have been updated, the minibar had what you need at affordable prices, and there's no closet for clothes. Beds were small but okay, and the TV was tiny. I'd totally stay again.

A lovely rooftop spot, and breakfast while looking out over the Pantheon is a great way to start the day. Later, you can head back for a cocktail at sunset, though the rooftop bar isn't inexpensive. The rooms are new, immaculately maintained, and well soundproofed, with high-standard showers and plumbing. Staff are warm and welcoming. For the price, this is a perfect boutique hotel in the convenient Pantheon area. It opened six years ago, and I was glad I found it.

The restaurant was amazing, with the best food we had in Rome and a perfect view of the pantheon. The staff, hospitality, and views were spectacular. You should absolutely stay here or eat here while you're in Rome.

I stayed in Dec. 2024, though I hadn't uploaded this review before. The terrace has a beautiful, relaxing view, and breakfast is à la carte. You choose your order the night before, so it feels thoughtful and well prepared. It's a very small, charming hotel with only about five rooms, which makes the service excellent and very personal. One unusual room detail is that the bathroom is in a separate room rather than inside the bedroom, but it's completely private and exclusive to that room. We had a great stay and I'd highly recommend it.

The bathroom had a sewage smell, and for the price I was disappointed that some basics were missing, including toothbrushes, hotel slippers, and a bidet. On the plus side, they let us check in early and store our luggage after checkout. The location was good, quiet but close to a bus stop, and breakfast on the pleasant rooftop terrace was decent.
