Please take my story seriously. I booked a room for my mother and paid by credit card. When I arrived, the man in the building was rude and told me to cancel the booking and pay cash, even though I’d already paid. He took my mom’s bag and threw it outside onto the stairs. I was shocked and told him to stop and that I was calling the police. He grabbed my arms and forcibly dragged me down the stairs. I started crying and looked for a safe place to stay that night because it was already late. My story is much longer, and I’ve already filed a report about him.

The hostel is near the metro, so getting around isn’t a worry. It’s the best hostel in Rome, apart from the location.

The whole hostel felt tidy and comfortable, and the hosts were really nice. A great place for travelers.

A nice place and a nice stay. The approach felt very professional, though maybe that’s a cultural difference.

The people were nice, but the place felt awkward, and all the surcharges made it the most awkward hostel ever.
