Tiburtina Royal Suites

The owner was very friendly, and check-in and checkout were efficient. The room was large, clean, and well maintained, and the place is family friendly. You can hear TVs and noisy guests in other rooms quite clearly, which was the only downside. Otherwise, we had a great stay in Rome.

Paolo, the owner, was incredibly kind and always available. I reached out several times with personal needs, and he always replied, even at 6:30 in the morning. We could also leave our luggage after checkout, which was really convenient. The room was lovely and clean, with a small balcony and a spacious, comfortable shower. The property is close to Tiburtina station, with a bakery nearby for breakfast or lunch and lots of choices, including pizzas, lasagna, and traditional desserts. There's a supermarket just a few steps away, too, so the location is very convenient. The only real problem was noise from other guests, who were disrespectful and loud, as if they were at home. We didn't sleep well, which wasn't ideal with a competition the next day, though Paolo wasn't responsible for their behavior. Another small point is that wooden screens separate this balcony from the others. I personally prefer a fully private balcony, but that's just my preference and minor compared with the lovely service and room quality. I highly recommend this place.

Getting around was easy from here, with Tiburtina train, metro, and bus station only a five-minute walk away. I picked the B&B for that location, and the room was spacious and spotless too. The owner was friendly and happy to help.

Paolo was kind, and I appreciated how clean the rooms were. The location also made it easy to reach places around Rome. Thanks for everything.
