Communication with the host was excellent. She was quick to respond and very helpful, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong. The hotel near the Vatican has a beautiful style, with high ceilings and marble details in the bathrooms. Our room and bathroom were spotless. I highly recommend it.

A lovely place for a couple, with a beautiful interior and a sweet lady taking care of it. It was clean and reasonably quiet. The sidestreet itself was quiet, even though it’s beside a big road into downtown, and that made it easy to walk to nearby places worth visiting.

A warning for anyone planning to stay here. On the evening I arrived, 15.03.2024, I went to get ready for bed and someone entered the apartment and locked me in. The apartments cannot be locked from the inside, or at least I couldn't unlock mine. I eventually got out with help from people passing by. The staff called me right away, but I think they only came after I had escaped. The WiFi was out too, and the whole situation felt strange and frightening. Nobody has resolved the matter since. I didn't stay the night, so I can't leave a review on bookings.com. I'm posting this to warn future guests.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was generous, very good, and made with quality products. The woman who runs the place was especially lovely, always friendly and ready to help. It's on a quiet street just off the main avenue, a handy base for the Vatican, Colosseum, and other sights. I'd definitely stay again if I come back to Rome. 10/10!
