As soon as we walked in a strong smell of damp hit you, asked about working aircon & tells us its on a main building timer! off at 12am on at 1pm OMG!. 35c during the day... the suite was nice at some point but the ball has been dropped an long time ago... Damp on walls behind sofabed, Kitchen area & bathroom walls/ceiling & cobb webs everywhere, months of dust on skirting boards picture frames etc electrical issues with cooker and hairdryer, too much power and trips the system so we couldn't use them, a dangerous lead on the iron. 40 EUROS extra charge to clean! After 4 days she then only mak

The apartment is situated just next to the Carabinieri Station, and close by nice restaurants in Trastevere. At first sight it looks just like the right place to stay for the convenient location, the photos showed a very clean and comfortable site, and for the advertised amenities like, wi-fi, air conditioning, etc. Unfortunately, the reality was other, and we were very disappointed. When we asked how to control the air conditioner we where told that the apartment was very cool, but Alex (in a hurry) gave us an explanation of how to turn the air conditioning on and set the temperature control.

The apartment was clean and well-located, and the original price seemed reasonable, although it gets more expensive with all the extra charges (cleaning fee and city tax). The sofa bed looked dirty and smelled quite bad; I think they should clean it before renting it out again.
