Hotel Trevi Collection

We could hear the family next door shouting and their TV playing loudly, so the soundproofing could use work. Apart from that, the stay was wonderful. We had a triple room on the third floor with two windows looking onto different streets. The room was huge, with one double bed and one single, and the bathroom was almost as big, with a large bathtub. Everything was clean and in great condition, with soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer provided. Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps are very close, and the Colossium is just 3-4 bus stops away. I felt safe walking around alone at 6:30 in the morning and late at night. There are lots of places nearby to try local Italian food. The staff were cooperative and easy to approach. Sall at reception was friendly and made us feel comfortable. Thank you for making our holiday so lovely.

Just got back tonight, 21/1/2026, and I'd stay here again. I'm disabled with arthritis in my hips, knees, and ankle, and my room was one floor up, right beside the lift. There's also a stair seat if you'd rather use that. The beds had memory foam mattresses and pillows, the shower was big, and the room was a decent size for three people. It was clean, with cleaners coming in every day. I would've liked a kettle, but that's just a preference. The mini fridge was handy for snacks. The staff were lovely, friendly, and happy to help. Check-in took a little while, but there's a warm reception area to wait in. The restaurant next door gives a discount and had amazing food and staff. My only other preference was that the TV had no English channels or music, though there is music downstairs in reception. The view from the front door is amazing. It's central, around a 25-minute walk from the Colosseum, a few minutes from the Spanish Steps, and about five minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Plenty of shops and things to do nearby, with beautiful buildings to see.

We were given a larger room than expected, with a big shower and living area, and it was nice and clean. One of the women on staff was very helpful and kind when we checked in. I stayed at trevi collection hotel from January 25th to 28th, but probably wouldn't return. I'd paid 25 euro in advance for a chocolates and balloon package for my partner's birthday, and it was a letdown. There were a couple of small kids' party balloons on the living area floor, orange chocolates that didn't taste good, and a birthday message printed in a plain font on A4 paper instead of the card I'd assumed they'd leave. It wasn't what I'd expect from a 4 star hotel, so I wouldn't recommend that add-on. I also didn't like having to pay for bottles of still water in the room, with not even the first two included. The location itself was good.

We were checked in quickly and got a room upgrade, a brand-new room that had opened just a week earlier. Someone took our bags up and showed us how everything worked. It was spacious and clean, with our own lovely terrace. The bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with towels and a hairdryer. Bottled water was supplied in the fridge. The hotel is well placed, about a five-minute walk from Trevi Fountain and 25-30 minutes on foot from the colloseum. Shops are close by, as is a supermarket for snacks and drinks. Breakfast was lovely, and the restaurant next door offered a 15% discount. Service there was great, with no long waits. We'd happily come back.
