The apartment was spacious, had the basic amenities, and was handy for grocery stores, restaurants and public transport. The check-in staff were kind and helpful. I booked through Booking.com, though the payment process was confusing. They charged about €62 when I booked, and I expected to pay the rest at check-in. Instead, they took the full amount and said the first charge would be refunded in 10-15 days. That surprised me, since it wasn’t how bookings I’ve made before worked. They also took a €100 security deposit, which they said would be returned at checkout. I left last Saturday and am still waiting for it. My stay was good apart from that. Despite the name suggesting luxury, I didn’t find the place luxurious.

We stayed 9 nights and had no major issues. It’s a good budget option, about a 30-minute walk from Rome’s historic center, with buses, food and historic sights nearby. The room was clean and basic, with a small kitchenette. Staff were helpful over WhatsApp, which made communication easy, and reception was friendly from 9am-6pm. It was quiet overall, though we did hear some neighbors. Furnishings are sparse, and the place feels more like an apartment than a hotel. A simple stay with a great location for the price and service.

The staff were thoughtful and quick to respond, with clear directions for getting into the rooms and handling emergencies. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable enough for a pleasant visit to Rome. The location is a little far from the main sights, but nearby bus and train stops make getting around easy. There were also some fantastic dining options in the area, which added to the good experience.

We had a great time here in Rome and would stay again next time we visit. The staff are lovely, and the center is about a 30-minute walk away. Our room’s kitchen and terrace made the stay really comfortable. It had lots of utensils and tableware, though no olive oil, so bring some if you plan to cook. The bathroom is shared, but it was clean and had instructions to help guests avoid bothering each other.
