10/10
The location worked well, around a 15-20 minute walk from most of the city's sights and just a few minutes from one of Rome's lovely parks. The rooms were spotless and cleaned each day. I also liked the smart TV, a nice thing to have when you want to relax and watch Netflix one evening. The owner met us when we arrived, was friendly and helpful, and sat down with us to explain what to do in the city and what to look out for. When we left, he gave us plenty of time and a thoughtful parting gift to remember Rome by: traditional pasta and some amazing Roman buscuits. My girlfriend and I stayed here last week during our trip, and it was one of the best places I've had the pleasure of staying. A fantastic place, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Having a sauna inside was amazing. We enjoyed it late at night and again in the morning :) Highly recommend.

The pricing was fair and the staff were very helpful. Our room was clean, and the bathroom was large.

The owner was friendly, patient, and very kind. The rooms were clean and had lots of amenities. It's in a fairly central but quiet area, which made for an excellent location. Well done!
