Upper View Suite

It’s a charming place in a handy spot for shops, cafes, and historic sights like Trevi Fountain. Check-in is self-service with a code, and it felt very secure. There’s no front desk, but management replied quickly and kindly when we had issues. The room has air conditioning, and it was nice to have it cleaned daily. The elevator was broken on the first day, so carrying heavy suitcases up five flights was hard. We also had no hot water for the first two days. The bathroom is very small.

The room at Upper View Suites was small, and the shower felt extremely cramped. Staff were polite, but between the tight space and the lift being out of order for a couple of days, the stay was less comfortable than I expected. Its convenient location near key sights was a definite plus, though we had to carry our suitcases upstairs while the lift was broken.

The rooms aren’t practical at all. They’re dark, and the tiny bathroom has neither a window nor a fan. The beds are reasonably comfortable, and they cleaned the room every day. The location is great, near Trevi and Spanisb steps.

The toilets were moldy and smelled awful, and there was no hot water. While I was staying there, they told me the water was hot, then said they were working on the water heater but couldn’t fix it. The place was very dirty and bad. No one answered when I tried to reach them either, just a phone number that didn’t get a response. If you care about yourself and your family, please leave. This place is awful.
