The shared kitchen was a great addition, with a fridge, espresso machine, dishes, cups, and more. The place is adorable, super clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver. As a solo traveler I felt very safe, though it would also work well for two people. The hosts were so kind, made sure I got in okay, and showed me around. It's a 10-minute walk to both the Trevi fountain and the Colosseum, with a convenience store and pharmacy right downstairs. I'd have liked softer pillows, and there weren't any comforters in the room. When I asked, the hosts responded quickly and had some in the main area for me to use. I'd definitely recommend the B&B and stay again.

The staff were the kindest, and the rooms had a clean, modern style for great value. It's close to all the tourist sights, with lots of shops right next door. A very nice place. 10/10, would recommend!!!

The friendly, helpful staff made this a great find. Our room was roomy and spotless, with a bed that was incredibly comfortable. Major sights were an easy walk away thanks to the perfect location. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great service. Guilia and Domenico, thank you so much! B&B Via Milano 52 is a nice, cozy place in Rome, close to the main sightseeing spots. We'll definitely recommend it to our friend!

We got in before check-in, so the office kept our bags for free while we went out and explored. When the room was ready, the team came up with us, showed us around, and were really great. The room was cute and stylish, right in central Rome, with shops and restaurants nearby and the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and more within walking distance.
