The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and I really liked the area. It's residential and peaceful, a nice change from the city center. Getting around, though, was a hassle. The number 2 bus had problems during my whole stay. From Foro it sometimes showed up before the scheduled time, and going back from Flaminio I often waited at least 20 minutes. I ended up taking a different route, either spending 20 euros on a 10-minute Uber or crossing the river for the 280 to Mancini, which added time and money to the day. There were other small issues: the shower took at least five minutes to warm up and only got lukewarm, the toilet lid was broken, and the room door was hard to lock. The TV signal was often bad, so I couldn't use it much. I liked the place, but the transport situation was a shame.

The rooms are welcoming and have all the comforts, and the staff are always available and helpful. Francesco was exceptional. The building feels new and well organized, and the elegant living space is in an excellent spot for transport. Ponte Milvio is just steps away, and Foro Italico is a 5-10 minute walk. I'll definitely come back.

The rooms are new and the owner is very helpful. They're not especially large, so I'd suggest the place for a stay of just a few nights. The location is excellent, particularly if you're visiting Foro Italico. Very good overall.

The room was magnificent, and the kitchen was good, though if you sleep in, you might miss out on coffee. The location works well, with good restaurants nearby and public transport close, even if it's a bit far from the center. If I can, I'll stay here again when I return to Rome.

I chose this place for one night because it's near the auditorium. It's a new, modern property with all the comforts. Guests can use the kitchen, which has an induction cooktop, and everything needed for breakfast. I liked being able to check in by myself. Recommended.
