The room at Urban Guesthouse Monti was clean, tidy, and spacious enough for us to open our big suitcases. Everything seemed brand new, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the area was quiet. It’s in a local residential building that was easy to find, which felt special to us coming from Hong Kong. We were also close to Roma Termini, the Colosseum, shops, places to eat, and supermarkets. Getting there had been a real challenge during our family’s annual Europe trip. Flooding in Modane disrupted our train, there was also a train staff strike, and we had to keep changing our plans. Mr Stefano had stayed in touch since we booked and was very accommodating when our arrival time changed suddenly. That let us focus on sorting out transport and the itinerary. When we arrived, he explained everything clearly and put us at ease about the usual things tourists worry about. We were very happy with our stay, and I’d definitely recommend Urban Guesthouse Monti.
The remote check-in was quick and straightforward, which made arriving flexible and easy. Even with the process handled remotely, the staff were lovely, available, and quick to answer all my questions. The room was brand new, tastefully furnished, and had every comfort. It was spotless throughout. A perfect stay, I’ll definitely come back!
The room was spacious and well looked after, and Stefano was friendly and attentive. It’s also a great base for getting around Rome, whether you’re walking or taking public transport.

The third bed was genuinely comfortable, which isn’t always the case. There were three of us, and we all had what we needed in the surprisingly roomy accommodation. It’s clean, modern, and in a great location. Reception and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again.
