We were stranded in Rome without a place to stay after more than 24 hours of travel. My friend and I had booked here and contacted the host about checking in at 19:30. He said check-in ended at 17:00, even though the property policy said 21:00, and refused to let us in. I give this place one star only because I can't give it less. The host, Mario, was rude and overbearing, and seemed to care only about money. A few hours after turning us away, he contacted us again and said he could come open the place if we paid extra. Unbelievable. When we tried to resolve it through AGODA, where we made the booking, Mario claimed we'd arrived after 21:00, the stated latest check-in time, so we couldn't get a refund. We have clear proof we arrived earlier, but the platform didn't seem to care that a host treated customers this way. Don't ever book here!

We were able to leave our luggage until evening at no charge, and Mario and his team were helpful throughout. He suggested several places and arranged the breakfast service. The rooms are large, comfortable, and cleaned every day, and the accommodation is near the Vatican. I'd definitely recommend it and would come back whenever I'm in Rome.

The location near the Vatican was convenient for getting to the city center, and even though our stay was short, we had a very positive experience. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The woman who welcomed us was incredibly kind. Mr. Mario also deserves a special mention: there was a booking mix-up that was our fault, and he was exceptionally helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

Mario and Tassanee looked after me during my stay and often thought of what I needed before I asked. The room was spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the location was spectacular, just steps from St. Peter's.

The room was clean and roomy enough, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful over the phone. Location is a real plus: St. Peter's Square is a 5-minute walk away, the metro is 4 minutes away, and the bus stop for Rome's attractions is just 2 minutes away. A very positive experience.
