The room was spacious, and the place is conveniently close to the convention center and metro. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable, though, and there was no cover for me the first night. I found a duvet in a cupboard, but it was dirty and stained. They brought a clean replacement the following day. There was no booklet in the room, despite the post-booking email saying it would explain the internet password and how to take out the trash. I messaged on WhatsApp and heard back late. Another email warned of a penalty for sorting rubbish incorrectly, but the apartment had no instructions about disposal. Also, the manager can’t be reached after 6 PM, so when there’s a problem like the duvet, you’re left to manage it yourself.

Valeria, who looked after us, was warm and professional. The apartment was well kept and handy for a Rome holiday, with the Vatican Museums nearby and the A metro line just a few minutes on foot. I’d definitely recommend it.

Shops are close by, and Metro A is only about five minutes away. The newly renovated place is lovely and works well for families. We’ll be back for sure.
