The location is good, with easy public transport connections, and the price is reasonable. It’s a basic B&B, though the rooms are very simply furnished and a bit shabby. Service was mediocre: our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, and the manager wasn’t there. His mother let us in but didn’t know anything about our booking. At checkout, though, we were still asked to leave promptly so the room could be cleaned. The complimentary breakfast is minimal.
The view is beautiful, and it’s a peaceful spot in a non-touristy area. I found it very comfortable and welcoming.
It feels welcoming and homey, with good equipment. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and getting around from this location is easy.
The location is very good, especially for Luiss Business School. Cleanliness could be better.
