The staff were so friendly and patient ❤️. Breakfast was delicious, with enough for all tastes, though savory croissants were the one thing missing, if you want to be picky. Everything needed was there, including towels, liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel, a hair dryer, and toilet paper. The bedding was clean. You can open the windows, even in the bathroom, and there's a little refrigerator in the room. The beds are a bit hard.

It's a nice, quiet area, about 20-30 minutes by car from the city center. The room and bathroom were big enough, but quite dated, with some rust in the bathroom, and the AC was noisy.

This applies to mainstream hotels in Italy below 5 stars: they're not worth the money. The rooms were clean, but small and dated. The TV was probably smaller than a postage stamp, and the towels were paper thin. Breakfast was practically nonexistent: three kinds of cake, croissants, cereal, toast, and one plate of ham and cheese. I gave it 2 stars because it was a little better than I expected. Do yourself a favor and rent private accommodation in Italy instead of staying in hotels.

We used the function room and it was really nice. There was just one men's and one women's toilet, though, for our group of around 75 people!

Rude from reception right through to management. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Avoid it and save your money and nerves.
