Hotel Villa Grazioli

The location worked really well, with a water fountain, grocery store, and bus stop nearby for getting to the main attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and caring. They helped us with everything we needed, even after we checked out. My girlfriend and I had a great stay and loved the atmosphere. We'd be happy to stay here again.

I’m leaving the hotel now and feel sad because I had such a great time here. Hotel Villa Grazioli is beautiful and full of history, but the people working there were the real highlight. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, with a level of professionalism and hospitality I rarely experience. Their service made my time in Rome unforgettable. I felt like I was with family. Thank you so much. I’d gladly come back, and highly recommend it.

The staff made our stay feel so warm. Ricardo at reception made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. He knew so much about the hotel's history and gave us great suggestions for places to go. We really enjoyed hearing from him. Kim in the breakfast area was kind and attentive, and ready to help with anything we asked. She made every morning a pleasure. Francesco at reception was friendly and welcoming, and Antonio from room service kindly brought champagne for my birthday. That was a thoughtful, memorable touch. Everyone else we met was just as kind and professional, even though I don't know all their names. We truly appreciated the hospitality and had a wonderful stay.

We loved this charming hotel. The courtyard and bar area were lovely for drinks and snacks, and breakfast had plenty of choice. The staff were professional, welcoming, helpful, and communicated well. Francesco at reception was exceptional, as were all the staff we met. We stayed in July 2025 as a family of two adults and two teenagers, aged 19 and 18. It’s a good 35-40 minute walk to what I’d call the central area near the main attractions, so we used Uber a few times to get there and back.
