It has a homely feel, comfortable rooms, and a bus station nearby. A great fit for tourists who want to explore Rome at an easy pace.

Best.
It's affordable and quiet, with a modest breakfast. There's free bus parking in front of this place run by nuns, and an excellent restaurant next door.
Breakfast together gives this guesthouse a nice sense of community, and the Franciscan sisters are genuinely caring and kind. Special thanks to Sister Angela for her kindness and breakfast. The rooms are simple and humble, offering a little look at monastic life, something many people may not know about. Some have balconies over the neighborhood, and the entrance has its own doorbell, like a home. It's beside a restaurant and near sports fields, making it a good choice for pilgrims, families visiting the city and groups.
A simple place, but very clean, with friendly and helpful staff.
