The host was attentive and informative, and the location was good and easy to reach. The room was clean, and the kitchen was convenient, with water in the fridge. There was a lot of street noise at night. The table was tiny, so it was hard to fit things like a cup, phone, or computer on it. Water leaked out from the bottom of the shower door, and the hairdryer didn’t work. When we first arrived, it was confusing to figure out how to get into the building because we had to go through three doors. Also, if you don’t use WhatsApp to communicate, you’re out of luck.

Kim was very kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The owner was kind too. The rooms were unusual and lovely, and everything was completely clean. We had a quiet, comfortable holiday and felt relaxed and at home. The shared kitchen was perfect, with free coffee, drinks, and water. The location was ideal, with everything nearby, including a great bakery, good restaurants, and a metro station. Congratulations on all the work you’ve done!

The city tax has to be paid in cash at checkout, so bring a little extra. That was our only note. I had no complaints and felt so at home that I wished I could’ve stayed longer. Winkler Suites made our time in Rome easy and comfortable. The owner replied quickly to questions and offered useful tips without being asked. Building access was simple and high-tech: at check-in, an app is connected to your phone, which you use to open the apartment doors. No keys needed. Aida, who looks after the apartment, was warm and welcoming. When we arrived at 10 AM to leave our luggage, she greeted us in the lobby with drinks and snacks. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, in a great area. Many places in Rome feel older, but this one seemed freshly renovated and modern.

Everything I needed was close by, and the staff were friendly and always happy to help. My room was spotless and comfortable. I had an excellent stay and would happily return. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Kim was the highlight of Winkler Suited. She was extremely helpful, always available on WhatsApp to answer questions and advise us on the best ways to get to and from the airport. She made our trip smooth and easy. The rooms were lovely, clean, and spacious, and the location was good, close to the Vatican. I’d highly recommend it.
