I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want a wonderful time in Rome. The bathroom was awful: poor ventilation meant everything got wet after a shower. The tap was broken and threw out sand. It still hadn’t been fixed after more than two days, so we couldn’t use the sink. The hairdryer didn’t work either, and there was only one plug in the room. The room could have been cleaner, too. We found stains on the bedsheets. It was hard to identify the place because there’s no sign at the front, only one on the doorphone. The actual name is Hotel Giorgi. I suspect “Wonderful in Rome” is meant to attract people and hide bad reviews. Strangely, reception had to escort us every time we entered to open the door. If I could give zero stars, I would.
