The location is really good.

The "Yellow Home Rome" apartment I booked at a lower than usual rate wasn't available on my departure day because of a plumbing problem. The owner offered another apartment, but I turned it down. I noticed it's listed on another website too, where reviews describe a similar situation: a plumbing issue followed by the owner's offer of a different apartment. Makes me wonder if these plumbing problems keep happening.

I'd call them terribly unprepared. We had booked and paid for an apartment in advance, then got a message the day before saying it had been rented to someone else. Don't trust them. This should be reported.

The staff at these apartments completely ripped us off. They're incompetent, and I absolutely wouldn't trust them.

The service was acceptable and the meals were really good, but the rooms were poor.
