The location worked well for getting around, with the Spanish Steps and the metro within walking distance, and a Carrefour Express supermarket nearby too. But the upstairs apartment felt very cramped. There was no air conditioning, just fans, and none in the living room. The washing machine wasn't working either.

There was no water in the bathroom, no air conditioning, and no cooperation from the host. Communication with them was very poor. I was very, very disappointed.

10/10
The apartment is comfortable and has good equipment, and the location makes it easy to explore the city. One thing to keep in mind: the hot water doesn't last long, so don't take your time in the shower. They do tell you when you arrive, but having to finish with cold water isn't great.

The location is the one really good thing, just a few steps from the PZ di Spagna metro station.

It's centrally located and well looked after. Too bad there was no phone reception, even with the Wi-Fi.
