We had a really lovely stay. The room was clean, and every day we got fresh water bottles, clean towels, and more coffee and tea.

Lovely rooms, helpful service, and a good location. If you're heading to the city centre, consider taking a Lime bike or walking there.

We came for a weekend away as a couple. The room was spacious, but there were too many issues for what we paid, and I wouldn't recommend it. There was no switch beside the bed, no sanitary bags for women, and the minibar and nearby cabinet doors were damaged and barely worked. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty, and apart from two hair conditioners there were no toiletries, so we were glad we'd brought shower gel. One clean-looking spare towel had yellow stains. The worst part was a cleaner opening the room without knocking or telling us the cleaning hours. Only after we complained were we told cleaning happens daily from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and that the cleaner knocks, though that didn't happen with us. There were no notices in the room and no usual do-not-disturb sign for the outside handle.

The staff communicated very well, and the kitchenette was well equipped, with coffee as a welcome bonus. Rooms are spacious and serviced daily. The hotel is in a quiet spot with excellent transport connections. I'd recommend it.
