Dinner was a set menu at 20 EUR per person. The dishes were simple and tasty, especially the handmade pasta. My room was clean and quiet, though I heard a donkey once during the night. The garden had fireflies and mosquitoes after dark. It’s about 1 km to the lake, but the closest shoreline is private, so going by car may be best. There’s a small pool too, so bring large towels if you want to enjoy the sun. It’s a good place to stay with a dog: I paid an extra 15 EUR per night, and my dog had fun playing with Yuki-dama, the male Swiss Shepard who lives at the accommodation.

The location is decent, but the lake isn’t within walking distance. The rooms smelled, and the owner was very rude. Booking here was a mistake. I suspect many of the reviews are fake, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The bathroom had patches of fungus, and the rooms were dark and smaller than advertised. The owner doesn’t control the dog, which jumps on guests, and doesn’t seem to care. Stay away.

There’s lots of parking, and even a donkey wandering around the garden. The setting is lovely, with mountain views from the pool area, a nice spot to relax. There’s also a lakeside restaurant just a short walk away, and the host was great.

The owner was really friendly and speaks English. The B&B itself is peaceful, clean, and nicely furnished. We had dinner there too, and the regional food was amazing, with generous portions and a fine touch. It included three courses, antipasto, primo and secondo piatto, plus dessert, coffee, and wine. We’d happily recommend the place.
